"Great historic location for discovering the Dales and enjoying a right good Yorkshire welcome."

The staff were very welcoming and pleased to see us which was nice The bar area was noisy but we liked the atmosphere. We did have a bit of reveller noise in room, No. 6 but it didn't bother us. The food, breakfast and evening meals were excellent Remote permit parking provided by the hotel free of charge, not a problem Amazing river walk.

The cooler unit in the room was too noisy to use.

"Last Minute Getaway."

Staff, food and facilities were excellent. Room was great. Spotless and modern.

Our room was far to warm due to the good weather. We had a heavy duvet and no air-conditioning so it was quite uncomfortable.
