The hotel staff does everything to keep the guests happy. The beach is in front of the hotel is quite unique - a combination of a nice coral reef for snorkeling and a beatiful sandy lagoon just 30 meters from the hotel for safy swimming in the ocean.

This stay had a lot of potential to be great. The view was beautiful on a nice day.

- Unfortunately our room did not have a key and when we asked where it was, we were told “it’s safe”. (Nothing was taken, but that’s still not ok). - There was a rat that visited each night through the hole behind the toilet and the draining grate which it could move and kept me up most the night. It got into the rubbish bin and our toiletries. Pooped all over the towels and vanity, and was just gross and loud. Scratching and squeaking all through the night - It’s close to a busy road, so if you’re a light sleeper bare in mind the traffic and honking. - there was a light outside our room that stayed on all night, and just left our room very bright

The room and food and service was great

There was a power cut, and no generator so a little inconvenient. Also there was no room key, however they did find a solution for this.

Our experience was literally excellent despite we arrived not in season time. All staff was available for any requirements. Especially Kasun was super helpful even before our stay (he managed our transfers from airport and back, suggest and helped to book surfing classes, made extra miles when it comes for dinner options which weren't included in menu yet). We have prompt cleaning service and always had option to request it anytime. Caffe service was very good and on time. Location - is everything. Amazing place only few steps to Ocean!

I'd suggest to add Laundry service as around there weren't any options and it a great service could be managed by hotel. Also I'd add some hooks so clothes , to keep it in room with comfort.

No WiFi in the room availible. Not in the center. No usable beach.

The rooms were nice and clean

We cannot access the beach even though its near the beach. The hotel is buit with a hight. So we cannot climb down. Not stairs and hard rocks near the premisees. Maybe because its off season at the moment (June). To access the beach we have to walk around 700m on the main road as the staff mentioned

Hotel right on the sea shore with great view

Too close to main road, so very loud from traffic at night. Central apartment has no windows. Good there was another room free to swap

Very nice and affordable hotel with nice view. Enjoyed staying there a lot especially for its price. The only negative thing was food wasnt really good other than that everything was amazing
