Clean and large rooms (we received a free upgrade). Nicely furnished rooms.

Very noisy location on the street. Breakfast not recommended. Price did not initially correspond to the booking - but has been clarified. Service could be better.

Mind-blowing stay. The best you can get. So friendly and always helping staff.

Nothing at all

Rooms were clean and the interior design was cute. Ocean view was really nice.

During our stay there was not a single staff member who was able to communicate in English. I also don’t think that they knew guests were coming. We could only check in at 3pm because the room had not been ready before. They were also not able to serve us any food in their restaurant. The stairs down to the beach need to be fixed.

The view was amazing, loved the pool, the room was lovely (loved the Netflix on the TV!), loved the dog Sunny, and the staff were great!

It would be great to have menu’s on the table so we can browse. The food was great!

Absolutely splendid place. Photos don't do justice. Quaint beachside place. Lovely villa. With few rooms. Feels so private and relaxing. The staff is excellent. The upkeep is too good. Very nest and tidy. The food is excellent. Both breakfast and the menu items. 100% reccomended. Staff Krish very nice and friendly and warm.

The place is nice and has a beautiful view. Even though the food choices were limited, the meals they prepared were delicious.

The hotel staff was surprisingly inefficient and rude. First of all, they seemed surprised by our arrival even though we had messaged them about our arrival time. When we asked them how we could get to Galle city center, they said our only option was to take their tuk tuk service. We asked them about the buses going to the center, and they said they didn't know which ones went there and that we wouldn't know where to get off and would end up in Colombo (as if we were kids!). We found out that there was a bus stop right outside the hotel and that there were buses going to the center every 5-10 min, thanks to a couple of nice school girls. We had made a reservation with breakfast included. On the menu it said that we had a choice between an English breakfast or a Sri Lankan one. They did not ask us what we wanted and brought us an English breakfast when we would have wanted a local one (afterall you are traveling to taste new things!). After a discussion with a staff member who told us that it was the only thing available, the manager came and apologized and made us a Sri Lankan breakfast. As for the room, it was pretty but it was facing the main road so it was very noisy throughout the night. The linen was also not clean. Another thing to be pointed out is that the place doesn't have access to the beach, the stairs are broken and haven't been repaired. They also don't have many beverage options. Overall, we felt that we paid too much for what it was. Really disappointed by the service.

Amazing view of the sea, styled decorations. Facilities are nice.

Little bit short staffed, breakfast is late since we are leaving early in the morning.
