Good manager,

Place on a main road , nothing around no stores , no propel , village .. nothing happening , just road with buses 🚌!!! Now is 6 morning very loud . Pictures and reality doesn’t match

1. Location on the beach is great for sunsets, early morning beach walks and swimming. For swimming, only one part of the beach is appropriate, as the rest is rocky. 2. Clean rooms with good aircon, clean towels and good toiletries.

1. Limited food choices for both breakfast and other meals. 2. Staff is little laid-back in keeping with the vibe of the place. This works both ways, positive if you are chilled, otherwise not.

Location near the beach is beautiful, vegetable curry prepared by the kitchen was one of the best I had in Sri Lanka. The hotel manager is most helpful and welcoming.

The lack of service at times and limited food options depending on the chef's decision. it did not meet the price charged despite being a nice little oasis by the beach. Keethi was lovely but at times very slow considering we were the only guests for 2 out of our 3 nights there.

Nice stylish hotel Nice design. Got uppgraderd, thanks a lot for that. Had issues with taxi they helpt us out! Rally good!

"While the hotel's location and rooms met our expectations, the first night proved unpleasant due to the absence of a duvet cover. Additionally, the room was cleaned only once in three days, and the towels were changed on the same schedule, lacking a per-person basis. This inconvenience was exacerbated by the rain, preventing the towels from drying in the room. Given the hotel's pricing, one would anticipate a higher standard of service. Moreover, despite boasting the most expensive breakfasts in the region, we were disappointed to find no coffee available due to a broken machine. The quality did not surpass that of previous bed and breakfasts. In summary, our stay fell short of the expected standard relative to the associated cost." despite our email to management during our trip, ...never received any answer....
