Que le falta muuuuuucho mantenimiento. Las habitaciones en planta baja son inhabitables. El na humedad horrorosa y un olor espantoso. Yo diría que son hasta insalubres

Very helpful staff, large comfortable rooms, king size beds.

The room, Lisboa was perfect for us. We have tentative reservations for that room over Navidad. Very impressive old property, with a ton of history. The artwork told stories.

We had a car, so each time returning to the posada was a challenge to find a parking spot on the street. No big deal.

This is a beautiful colonial style hotel in the heart of Coatepec. What is remarkable is the property is very large and very green, there are lovely gardens, a pool and open air areas. The hotel is full of beautiful antiques and art which makes it feel like going back in time, and was a unique experience. The water pressure is very strong and hot in the shower, the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is professional and they have a small pool! All in all a great place, and a great value.

The included breakfast is continental- sweet breads, coffee and juice.
