Excellent location and attention from thr time of booking until checkout.

The staff, especially Carmen, were wonderful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was perfect and delicious!

The room was very cold at night, would have been nice to have a little space heater?

Soy celíaca y se han preocupado al máximo por tenerme el mejor desayuno todos los días tanto para llevar como para tomar ahí. Son súper amables, cosa que se agradece muchísimo porque te sientes en casa. Muy atentos y un hotel precioso, a pocos minutos caminando de pleno centro. Te ayudan con cualquier duda que tengas, pedir un taxi, llamar a cualquier servicio. Estamos encantadas!! Una estancia excelente!!

Breakfast was excellent with freshly prepared diversified local food.

Bathroom has limited space but it looked remodeled and was very clean. It took a little while for the hot water to come out of shower.

Lift was not working

Clean, neat, lovely staff, has western facilities but a nice Peruvian style. Staff went over the top to be helpful, you are able to drop off your laundry in the morning and charge a very reasonable rate of eight soles per kg and get it back in the evening, letting you do more exploring and less work seeking out your own laundry. Staff very knowledgeable about the local events. The breakfast is great and even as a big guy over 100 KG’s I struggled to eat it all. I spent four nights here and after doing the Inca trail I rebooked for another two nights before heading back home as I was so happy with my stay.

Nothing!!! It is about 10 minutes from the main square which I saw as an advantage as during festivals or big public occasions that main square is very noisy well into the evening. If you were mobility impaired you probably would try to stay closer but to be honest if you are mobility impaired you are probably not in Cusco. There is a lift from the ground floor to the first floor and everything is level access.
