I like the cleanliness of the room. Also liked the location of the hotel being close to everything.

We only got one face towel even after the first day. There were no information provided on the hotel amenities. Did not realize there was a wading pool. The second floor and the roof balcony information were never transmitted. There is no way of communicating after we checked out. We may have left a camera and the contact us feature in their website does not work.

Our room had no outside windows

Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet and restful, authentic and historic. Lovely garden and fountain.

Street closed to traffic. Might have like a detailed description of this before arrival. ( maybe there was but I don’t remember it) However, the staff went over and above to order taxis and give directions etc.

All rooms were excellent. Our room was spacious and the bed and linens very comfortable. Our windows open onto the courtyard self it's not as hairy as I would like but you are in Oaxaca and I suppose a straight facing window would be very noisy.

The breakfast included was just continental … So some days we would pay extra for eggs etc.

Our rooms weren’t very clean and overall felt quite minimal, there was no windows besides to the courtyard and it would have been nice if the both rooms had doors to the bathroom. The hotel closed its doors at night for safety which I value but it meant you had to get attention from the night staff through closed windows and curtains so they could let us in which didn’t feel so comfortable. The included breakfast is quite minimal and we decided to eat out as Oaxaca is full of amazing food which I would recommend

We loved our stay here. The hotel was just beautiful- our room was stunning - it was perfect. The location was great and the hotel team were fantastic - friendly and helpful. Chef Viktor also helped us park our motorbikes in the hotel - it’s the best night’s sleep they’ve ever had!

Great location, 200 feet from Zócalo. on a pedestrian street full of decorations and street performers Interesting property, built in the 19th century style. Breakfast was very good, free for Continental breakfast (fresh cut fruit and juice, pan dulce, and tea or coffee), extra for eggs.

Towels and sheets were old, and needed replacing.
