The rooms were spacious, the shower and soaps were great, the lobby and dining area were beautiful, and the AC was amazing.

The front door is locked after 3pm so if you go out you have to knock to get back in. The wifi was a bit spotty and at times totally unavailable. The free breakfast was not enough (one piece of bread and a bit of sliced fruit), and the staff pressures you to tip them during the Continental breakfast. The room we stayed in had no windows despite being deluxe, and the lighting in the rooms is a bit harsh and clinical.

The continental breakfast with room rate is only (1 Orange juice/1 piece of Pastry/ 3 kinds of fruit cuts & refillable Coffee) for someone with my appetite are not enough :(

The location and the generous size of the rooms, great A/C and cleanliness, tv with Netflix, and wonderful staff.

We couldn’t fault it. It was a hidden gem in the perfect location. As we were there for a lengthy time, I would have loved a refrigerator in our room, but not a problem.

Excellent location - so many attractions were within 5mins walk or less. Inside, the hotel was spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was good and filling, the staff friendly and attentive. The room was huge and comfortable. Highly recommended.

First world gripes only - a fridge would have been nice, and the hot water took a long time to come on.
