I'm a business owner so I like to defend small business. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. This is very much a roadside Motel with a capital M. My expectations were very low and I was pleasantly surprised. However, we were staying 2 nights and after the first night our keycard was deactivated. The office is open until 11pm with an after hours number to call. At 10:30 no one was in the office and no one was answering the after hours line. We were forced to call the police, who were pleasant but said this is not the first time customers have been locked out in the night. We did leave to find other accommodations and got a call that someone was now in the office to let us in and provide a full refund for the night. The call was pleasant and the issue was then resolved quickly. However, we were locked out of our room from 10:30-11:30pm and the other guests, though helpful were restless and off putting. I wouldn't recommend females stay here alone, I was grateful my husband was with me. That being said, you get what you pay for and the room was comfortable and as clean as one would expect at a roadside Motel.

Being unable to access the room without assistance was pretty bad. The office staff doesn't seem competent or overly caring.

no water to the toilet, had to turn on the water to feed the toilet linens are super rough tv was inop, no channels or anything wifi was unusable and it was barely producing 1mb of connection speed massive gap around the door, the door did not securely shut all the way and would rattle in the winds and massive amount of light and air passing through hvac was inoperable, tried turning on and it would just shut off immediately

Good location right off the highway. Basic, dated but clean accommodation. Does the job for staying a night. Considering the price - excellent value.

The bed was comfortable. The AC worked good

When we checked in we had to stand outside and sign in through a little slot in the window. The attendant was not friendly. Breakfast was not served until 8am. No soap. Refrigerator had tobe unplugged because of the noise it was making. Note on bathroom door saying, don't put toilet paper in toilet. Way unsanitary.
