"Cockroaches and shady charges in my card "

DO NOT STAY HERE. Please listen and do not waste your money and sanity dealing with this hotel. My son and I arrive to be placed in room 214 and there were cockroaches on the wall and shower. They moved us to room 108 and yes more cockroach’s, no shocker! We decided to not stay of course. And was told the deposit was being reversed immediately and the room charges would be refunded. Nope! They fully charged my card for the deposit and the room! I am having to go through disputing with my bank and hotels.com. So please safe yourself my hassle and disgusting experience!

The rooms were very nice and spacious, the only thing we had an issue with is the shower was horrible, broken fixtures and the water was extremely hot

One of the light fixtuees didn't work. Also, it didn't have a closet area. The restroom had a light bulb missing from the fixture. There also was an exposed fixture in the ceiling. I qas given only one room key even though o was asked and confirmed two guests.
