Location is convenient. It's not too far from the Alisan station.

Size of bed. The clean and the size of the bathroom. Overall is ok to stay but it's just too expensive comparing with the room condition.

No venting in the bathroom.

Easy access to Alishan National Park. Clean and comfortable room. Small coffee table and chairs for sitting and drinking tea/coffee. Stored our bags while we explored the park.

Relatively expensive for what you get but that is due to the location. Have to let the water run for ages to get hot water, which we were advised of.

It is nicely located below all the amenities of alishan. The roof top and top floor can see beautiful sea of clouds

We like the location of the hotel.

The room is too small for 4 people. The hot water supply was very limited. It was only available from 6pm to 10 pm. The hair dryer only lasted 20 seconds.

Water is so hot. We can take a comfortable shower.

we honestly didn’t expect much given the limited hotels available in the Alishan area, but for a short stay, the hotel has exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and hospitality. The room is not enormous for 5 people stay but comfy enough for us to sleep and to rest for the next day. The toilet is old but clean, and we have no issue of finding bugs or dust in the room. We gave extra credit for the lady in the reception for being so friendly and nice, even with our language barriers. She gave us clear instructions and responded to our request on time. The hotel also offer free ride from the hotel to the Alishan bus station, which is a great bonus considering having to take 5 luggages dragging up the hills by ourselves. Overall, it is a pleasant stay that I would recommend when visiting Alishan
