Room equipped with cold water dispenser. Toilet seat was heated.

Room was facing the road and early risers for the sunrise viewing gathered by the road and made quite a lot of noise. There is a heater in the room but you cannot adjust temperature or blower speed.

The location was amazing, great to be right up in Alishan for when we took the morning training and it was right next to food and shops. Plus, the staff were super friendly and the place was clean. I recommend the firefly tour at night!

It wasn’t the most updated, but it was clean and a nice place.

One lift in the hotel, facilities n room are old...Room for 5 person, no spaces to open up our luggages.

The location is great especially if you want to take the train to see the sunrise as it is only 5-7min walk from the station.

It is overpriced without a doubt which I guess is due to location. Rooms are extremely small - a quadruple room which can sleep 5 with an extra bed barely has enough space to walk along the room. Breakfast is another location and is not great - volume rather than quality. The hotel is just old.

Location

Hotel was freezing cold, one tiny heater couldn’t keep it warm. The free breakfast was in a building at a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast can only be described as horrible for western taste. We tried to have a coffee which was luke warm at best and only had powdered milk. No way did this hotel cater to anyone but Taiwanese guests.

It’s located within the national park and has good heating system inside the room and bed to keep you warm in the cold mountain weather.

Very very expensive for an old property. While things were working, they were not modern equipments.
