The location & the staff were nice

The cuisine was very boring & there is no creativity After a few days it becomes very repetitive and lacks creativity. The pillows are uncomfortable & the bathroom doesn’t have Shataf in it “ water gun “ if you’re Muslim or Arab this is an essential thing for you I highly recommend double checking with them before booking if some the rooms have a water gun or not !

The service and you have to pay high value for laundry is to experience rather than other services like the checkout at 10 am checkin on 2 pm they domt give you one or two hours late check out if you want you have to pay

The overall infrastructures of this hotel/club were very accommodating. Big areas, space between houses. Felt somewhat like a small village, very well taken care of, where you’d feel very comfortable strolling around, away from the bustle of Nungwi and the intrusive “salesman” all over the beaches. Very welcoming staff. Very good margarita pizza (the only food available for the first 2 nights of our stay) Very good beach, and beach access from the hotel.

Our stay was in the beginning of the summer season, 2/3days after season opening, and that was noticeable, not having the restaurant fully operational and the information regarding the use of the restaurant was not transparent not even between the staff. Even though I’ve made clear we were celebrating a special date, not even a celebration drink was offered for my birthday, even after disclaiming it to the manager (although very nice and with a warm welcome). For the nightly price charged and being an italian (european) group, would expect not to be charged with an extra 6% when settling the bar/restaurant balance by Visa card.. On check-out was nice enough to be able to leave the bedroom at 12:00 (normal check-out hours is at 10:00). Overall good experience, but it could have been better if the whole property/facilities was properly set from the beginning of the stay, and not only from 4/5 days after season opening.

The food was incredible and we were able to personalize it just for a price. The staff service was great and all of the staff were nice. Lastly, the beach and pool were very nice and clean.

We came right before the activities started, and wanted to see evening entertainment. Otherwise, everything was great.

Very nice comfortable hotel on Nungwi Beach. Big territory with Tennis & Volleyball Have Pool and cozy clean private beach, which possible to use even during low tides. Room have very big space inside and terrace with garden/sea view. Soundproof well ✔️. A/C cooling awesome. And no Electricity problems. We had breakfasts every morning. Variety of food more then enough with many choices. Definitely would like come back

The location of the resort was brilliant. Very central and close to town, easy accessible to the beach . The layout of the resort was beautiful and was representing the environment that is built in. Most of the issues were addressed during our staying and Marco,Hotel Manager and Rossella,Reservations Manager tried to resolve the issues and were really open to hear our feedback and they offered a late check out for free as an apology.

Rooms are very old and were smelling of dampness, the mattresses and pillows really hard and difficult to sleep on. WIFI did not work inside of the room and was only accessible in the balcony. Breakfast choices were veey limited and facilities for breakfast not up to standards. Mould in the water dispenser. Not enough sunbeds after breakfast time for all of the guests. Majority of the staff barely spoke english.
