KALA Khiva

The location was perfect. Also was the terrace and we had a good breakfast. The size of thw room and its facilities were great.

The beds were too hard. The staff were pushy regarding the payment (they made a woman stop her breakfast iin order to pay) and conditions. The pictures in booking are misleading, you do not eat or have breakfast on the rooftop.

Family run hotel in the middle of the ancient Khiva. The view from the roof terrace stretches across the old town, and is amazing. The owner waited for us well past midnight. The room wasnt very big, but fine. The breakfast was tasty.

Superb location just a couple of minutes from the main attractions. It is very good value given this. The hotel has a beautiful terrace with fantastic views of the city. Breakfast was lovely.

The beds were very hard - probably good for posture, but a little uncomfortable.

Friendly homestay with Nice rooftop

Great stay at Kala Khiva. The owners are very nice, the son and his wife speak a good english. Their place is beautiful, quiet and comfortable. It's about 2 minutes walking to the main square of Ichan Kala. The rooms are comfortable and amenities work perfectly. The breakfast is ok, I wish the bread was fresher.

The location inside the old town is absolutely amazing and the view from the roof is like from a fairytale. The family hosting is super kind and the atmosphere was calm. We loved how we could see peoples everyday life around the hotel. I would recommend this place when searching for a medium comfort room with an amazing and authentic experience.
