The position is very good. The man at the reception is not so kind, he call us a taxi of his friend and over charge us ugly. I do not like deshonesty. The up stair terace is not in use, we can not enjoy the view siting on a table with a rea or coffe. The bathoom need to be improuved, the water is a problem in my room. Overall, I do not recomand.

The location is great, within the old city walls and 5 minutes from the main attractions. The rooms have AC and the bathroom is clean. The staff was helpful when booking a taxi to the train station.

We were welcomed one person from the staff that looked exhausted and made no effort at welcoming us. The breakfast is quite basic (eggs, sausage, hard bread and raw tomatoes) and could be improved. The common area is a bit dark and aged.

Really well located, friendly staff, working AC and good breakfast, would highly recommend.

Beds are a bit hard but like in all Ouzbekistan.

It is a nice last minute option. Inside the Qala so lovely to walk around. Rooftop has a beautiful view of the old town. The host and his family are super sweet and have the cutest kids.

Breakfast could have a bit more room for Vegetarians. But I think this is something all hotels here face.

Good location, great view from roof terrace, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff.

A kettle in the room would be good. Though I was always given hot water when asked.

The host was very welcoming. She helped us out with every question we had. She was nice to let us earlier to the room. And she would prepare breakfast whenever we wanted. She organized a taxi for us for our half-day trip and the price was very very decent. Her father was a historian so you can find his collection from Khiva and there is a Khiva replica. The hotel is situated at the perfect location.

The only issue was the internet connection. I hope they fixed it.

The place is nice. The breakfast is amazing. I had to check out at 5am and they helped me with the transfer to the airport.
