I had to pay 100,000 more on my arrival when I had already paid online the price of the night + taxes. Nothing is in accordance with the photos, very dirty with many insects walking around the room. To flee !

Really bad experience. Somehow I must have not read the reviews and comments because they were all spot on.. the images are NOT at all what it looks like, maybe 20 years ago but now it looks like an abandoned trap house. We got here and no one was at reception so I had to go into the back room get someone attention. Although the staff did seem nice enough then we were told that we have to pay again? I told them I paid online and they said they don’t have a room for that price so I would need to pay more if we wanted to stay. He then showed me a paper with the contact info for booking so clearly they are aware of this issue and have done nothing to fix it. I don’t understand why you would be on any online booking platforms to begin with if you won’t honor the price listed, Contact them and fix your pricing. At this point it was 12:30am and we were exhausted and just paid the extra 100,000. Then were brought to our room, nothing like the pictures. The AC doesn’t work ever well, the room was dirty, the bed didn’t even have a real blanket. Just a small like bed spread which was full of holes. The bedsheets are ripped, and don’t look like they’ve been cleaned unfortunately. There was no toilet paper or garbage can. The room stunk very very badly, of smoke or mold, probably a mix of both. If it was not so late at night, and if we didn’t have so much stuff we would have found another location immediately. Very early mornings there was A LOT of construction noise so we could not sleep. From looking at the other reviews this is a common issue. It annoys me how the hotel has been replying to guests reviews saying they are sorry and they value feedback and are working to fix it, but those comments go back to 2022 and clearly NOTHING has been changed to make the guest experience any better. Do better or take yourself off popular booking websites.

La mayor estafa que se le puede hacer a un cliente. PARA LOS QUE ME LEEN, NO LO RESERVÉIS. Doy detalles: Escribí dos veces para avisar de mi hora de llegada, que era a las 00:30, y sin respuesta. Llegamos a la supuesta recepción, que parecía un sitio abandonado, nada que ver con las fotos, donde no había nadie. Detrás de una cortina después de unos minutos, apareció un hombre con muy mala pinta, ni siquiera sabía hablar inglés, salió de detrás de una cortina donde se notó que dormía, y nos miró con muy mala cara, no nos sentimos acogidos. Llamó al supuesto dueño, vestido de calle, y nos dijo que la habitación que habíamos reservado tenía ventilador (en nuestra reserva ponía que había aire acondicionado, pero no nos hizo caso), y nos dijo que si queríamos aire acondicionado teníamos que pagar más. Total que de 6,80€ que iba a costarnos la noche nos pidió 10€. (No es un dinero significativo, pero ya nos sentimos engañados solo empezar). Nos dio un rollo de papel del WC allí mismo rasgado y nos acompañó a nuestra habitación, donde para empezar había dos mierdas de perro en la puerta. Al entrar, HORROR… pelos y suciedad en el suelo, el vater parecía que habían cagado 200 personas y no lo habían limpiado después, hasta zumos abandonados debajo de la cama, enchufes salidos de la pared peligrosos, sábanas sucias, olor a humedad, el baño mejor ni hablar… solo os puedo decir que dormí 2 horas con mi ropa puesta y sin ducharme porque me daba más asco ducharme allí que llevar 24 horas sin ducharme después de un vuelo largo, así que imaginaros la situación… Adjunto 4 fotos porque la plataforma no me deja subir más… pero creo que Booking debería retirar el anuncio de su web porque pierde reputación y este sitio está para que lo derriben, ni reforma ni lavado de cara, directamente destruido porque no vale para otra cosa. Senti que estaba en una película de miedo.

We waited at reception 15 mins with no one in sight, finally got to the room and walked straight out and found another hotel it had mold all through the room and you couldn’t even breathe Save your money don’t book here
