The room was very clean, if a little dated. We had a good outlook and relaxing five nights.

The pillows were really hard, more like sand bags! But we managed. Also the bathroom was very small!

The downstairs bar/restaurant area was nicely decorated and the hotel was clean. Bar staff were really lovely.

Rooms very small and dated. You couldn’t close the door in the bathroom without standing in between the shower and the toilet due to it being that small. Some of the staff were rude/dismissive.

Standard buffet breakfast but good range of food options. Clean room, comfy beds. Good amount of space in a twin room. Windows opened properly which was nice.

Ensuite was rather cramped. Parts of the room were a bit tired e.g. lock on bathroom door came off. Decor bit scuffed. All okay though.

Hotel was quiet enough.

Checked in and given a room, went to room and walked in to find it already occupied, luckily no one was in just there belongings. Had our evening meal in the restaurant and had the fish and chips, fish was still opaque meaning it wasn't cooked properly and was cold. Staff working in restaurant could barely crack a smile especially a young girl there, didn't give off a nice atmosphere and considering how much it cost I expected much better. Currently getting ready to go have breakfast so will see what that's like. Not sure I'd book here again though.
