There was a school trip on my floor and they were so excited they got me up ALOT! I was up and dressed by 630. They were just being teenafers but I was so tired

Easy access easy to locate and really clean throughout

The AC in our room 411 didn’t seem to work wouldn’t put our cold air and would turn off randomly also the control panel for the AC wouldn’t work the buttons were all smashed in and not clickable, the WiFi for the smart tv don’t work so had to use the mobile hotspot Other than that everything was perfect

Location and accessibility for my husband

The water was too cold to shower and on stripping the bed before we left was shocked to find the duvet was ripped and urine and blood stained

Breakfast not worth the £16.75 bacon undercooked eggs overdone, scrambled eggs full of water coffee machines not working . Rooms decor lacked attention to detail
