Location was easy to find. The raspberry croissant and food options were varied. The parking was spacious. Some staff were good.

The ensuite toilet bowlwas dirty with skid marks when I checked in. It wasn't properly washed and the housekeeping not great. The lift got stuck with a person and poor awareness/response The crockery esp mugs at the buffet were not always available and some really chipped The coffee machines at breakfast were not working well...no milk, no chocolate but the staff weren't looking into it. Car park definitely needs a clean
