Lovely hotel with excellent restaurant and bar

Air con outside noisy not in room, may have been kitchen vents

The perfect location for a Sunday dinner in the most beautiful building. We had Marta and she was great.

Hot water didn’t work properly , had to move rooms as hot water didn’t work for bath. Felt dirty , valve was broken on radiator and it made noise all night which kept me up till 4am

I travelled up from London as part of a large wedding party and found the woodlands hotel on appearance to be very easy on the eye with stunning vista and a rich period featured building with an understated mordern twist. The customer service on a whole was outstanding with the staff generally adopting an attitude of nothing is to much. A special mention goes out to Tom who was simply exceptional and went above and beyond at any chance given. Also Sarah (manager) was simply brilliant in dealing with my 1 concern. This approach to customer service allowed my wedding experience to be amazing and lessened the irration I experienced with my breakfast order being wrong and taking long to reach my table, this could have simply been a one off. I would throughly recommend woodlands for an unforgettable all in one wedding package experience.

Staff were great, setting was beautiful and the room was fantastic. Keep up the great work.

Really beautiful vibe for a place just outside Leeds City Centre. A lot of charm to the building/ rooms. Staff were really nice and accommodating.

Very friendly staff, good restaurant. Nice decor. Lovely grounds.

A bit short staffed on occasion, had to hunt for a receptionist when we arrived, a waiter eventually checked us in. Some of the decor starting to look a bit tired in places. Our bathroom needs a bit of TLC.
