Breakfast, location, views, nicely refurbished rooms, homemade gin, very dog friendly

The room was lovely, BUT due to the windows which were integrated into the flat roof (without blinds), we woke up at 5.30 am. Perhaps they should provide eye masks for the guests. Parking is tricky, but we managed somehow.

Location, views, room with terrace area just outside. Comfortable bed/bedding. Helpful, friendly staff.

The bedroom was very comfortable and modern. The terrace overlooking the harbour was in the sun until late evening so perfect for outside breakfasts, lunches and evening meal. Breakfast had a good choice of cereals, croissants and cooked including veggie. If you are a vegetarian tell the chef and he will ensure you have a good meal. The veggie chilli was excellent and he added a new vegetarian special too. The staff were all kind, friendly and helpful. Bodinnick is a small quiet place close to some very good walking. The ferry to Fowey is right on the doorstep. Great stay as a base for our SW coastal path walking trip. Good free parking too.

Last ferry back from Fowey is 19.50.

Staff were very helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is well cooked and very filling.

I’m very old and found the slightly rickety stairs were a bit of a challenge. My bedroom window looked out onto a high wall. Luckily, it was warm weather because the heater didn’t work. The blind and the TV were suspect

Spotlessly clean, fantastic food & staff & super dog friendly too! Can’t wait to get back.
