beautiful location over looking the estuary , great food and very welcoming staff we loved it

We booked this as a last minute get away and it completely exceeded our expectations! It's such a beautiful location and the rooms are decorated so nicely. The beds are super comfy as well. The location is amazing and you can hop on the ferry to go straight over to Fowey. There are brilliant coastal walks right on the doorstep as well. Dog friendly which was perfect for our little dog. The staff were absolutely amazing, they were friendly and so hopefully! It has a family run feel to it, in the best kind of way. The only bit that may be extra tricky in the holidays is the parking, it is restricted and on quite a big hill, it was fine for us but if you have any mobility issues it may not be the easiest to walk up and park. There were some building works going on which looks like it will make it even more beautiful for the summer, we weren't disturbed by the work when we were there There is also such a wonderful communal area for you to sit and have a drink if you wanted. Would definitely recommend!

This was a last-minute booking, and The Ferry Inn exceeded our expectations by far! The staff / owner was so friendly. An amazing hot tub on the top deck with amazing views over the sea/harbour. We had a fabulous sea view room, and, in the morning, we had coffee sitting in our bay window taking in the views. Lovely gowns provided for the hot tub and delicious food on offer. Fabulous walks from The ferry in, and the ferry literally picks you up at the door to take you across the bay. I would definitely stay again!

The breakfast was fantastic, everything you could’ve wanted plus a nice traditional English breakfast as well. We travelled with our two dogs and they were made very welcome. Dog basket, bowls and treats all waiting on their arrival. Everyone was so friendly, really enjoyed our stay.

Charming and modern place

Stunning location, everything you could need. Nothing was too much trouble and made to feel very welcome. Great breakfast. Loads of options. Dinner was fab too.
