I guy working there was grumpy & not accomodating. we thought that the booking included breakfast. It did not

The room was very hot but not the pubs fault as weather has been exceptionally hot

Booked for B&B and told breakfast was between 0800 and 0845. Came down and told by cleaner that no one was in to cook breakfast !!! Also no staff to help so had to leave and sort ourselves out.

The room was awful. There was a patch of plaster & wallpaper peeling off near the window. The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed (very easy to put a bolt on). The hot tap dripped all night. This has the potential to be a really good room but needs a lot of attention. It's not worth the money (room 5)
GBfantastic hosts to a very enjoyable stay. The Wheatsheaf Inn, Ludlow, is a small very traditional inn with loads of character. A nice bar area welcomes where good food available. good location in the heart of Ludlow. Parking not at the inn though which you understand once there seeing the ancient parts of Ludlow.

Staff were rude and unhelpful. Bedroom was very small. No shampoo or body wash in the shower. Carpet’s threadbare.
