the rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and lush grounds.

This was a great quiet property. The swimming pool was great. It is away from the downtown but that wasn’t an issue. That is what made it super quiet. The receptionist lady was so sweet, breakfast was great and the air conditioner worked great. The only issue I had was they did not have an ice machine. So I picked some up at the local grocery store and put some in the little freezer. I would stay here again.

Our stay at Confort Arenal was very pleasant. It is on a beautiful property at the base of the volcano which we could see right out our window. The staff was very helpful and friendly and took care of our needs. Room was clean and comfortable. Included a good and generous breakfast served individually (not a buffet). The facility grounds are beautiful and it was very quiet. A bit out of town from La Fortuna, which we enjoyed because it was peaceful, but convenient to drive into town when needed. Very near all the sites to enjoy.

Very pleasant stay! We spent 2 nights while visiting La Fortuna. It is close to the amenities of downtown and just away from its noise and hecticness. We loved the peaceful setting and surroundings. It has a lovely little trail with a hanging bridge connecting the cabins and the main building. We enjoyed walking around the grounds very much. The cabin is simple and clean. Has a fridge and TV. Nice rain shower with good water pressure. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Hazell and the other members of the team are very nice. The included breakfast is tasty and plentiful— great coffee (or hot chocolate), eggs, fresh fruit, toast and gallo pinto (rice and beans). Room cleaning and restocking is done when requested in the morning. It is a great value. We will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed the small quiet nature of the hotel. Pool area was very nice. Breakfast every morning was a nice touch. Liked having the kitchen area to prepare meals.

Staff were accommodating when we had an early tour. Place had a great location near la Fortuna.

This location was conveniently located with an amazing staff willing to help with whatever they can. 10/10 Recommend.
