Confort Arenal

Staff are so warmhearted and helpful.Our car cannot be started due to running of battery.Staff Antony tried to find a mechanic for us even we cannot speak Spanish. Luckly , Daniel from Swissland and Dannis from Costa Rica lent us a big hand. They not only provided the cable and tools but also worked together to boost my car .They were travelling with family and also living here. We did not know each other previously. This beautiful place is full of nice people with the warm hearts.

This hotel is wonderful for the location, comfort, price and especially staff. This was a wonderful experience and they made me feel like family. They helped me with all nearby activities from hot springs to spa. There are beautiful birds and a sloth in the property. I would highly recommend to solo travelers and families alike.

Great location. Absolutely delightful staff, loved them- so bright, cheery and helpful. Walking distance to small soda and ice cream shop(but they close before dinner).

If you want a quiet, beautiful experience away from town, this is a place for you. Hazel and the rest of the staff were attentive, kind and happy. The view of the volcano was amazing. There are hummingbirds galore! Breakfast was delicious and having a small kitchen made things very nice. The cabanas are showing their age but for the price it is a bargain. Since the property is out of town I would recommend having a car.

We had a lovely four night stay. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicious, the pool was beautifully situated with a view of Volcano Arenal. Our room was very clean, though could have used better lighting in the bathroom. Very conveniently located outside the bustle of Fortuna. An excellent value!

Las instalaciones son bonitas. La habitación cómoda. La piscina bonita y cerca de tabacon o el rio chollin. El desayuno podrian mejorarlo y variarlo. No solo tipico. Ofrecer pancakes por ejemplo. Pero en general muy amable el personal y sin inconveniente alguno.

All rooms have a beautiful view of Arenal Volcano.

We really enjoyed our time in Confort! The views from our room were breathtaking and the service was unbelievable with the most kind and friendly workers. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Also yummy breakfast is included and we even enjoyed seeing some monkeys during our stay. Highly recommend!

This place is a lot more than I could imagine, please give this paradise a chance. Sometimes when you are a tourist and you receive a familiar and warm treatment you feel at home, and that's something else.
