The location is quiet and there was a decent breakfast in the morning. In particular there was one member of staff who seemed really happy and welcoming!

The staff were quite non-communicative - it’s like you would ask a question to them and it would seem like they’re ignoring you. The room was also not particularly comfy - very dated, and six thin windows which meant I could hear everything happening from the next building. I saw a mouse/rat come into my room from outside too. Honestly it was a bit disappointing overall.

La chambre sur jardin était bien, mais il a fallu que j'insiste et menace de partir , sinon j'aurais eu la chambre "prison" , juste horrible près des cuisines. J'ai voulu réserver une nuit de plus, hors booking et c'est presque le double. Personnel argant.

Location , staff and restaurant

Restaurant opens at 7 am . Request was made to give a take away omelette since my bus was leaving by 7-30 am. They didn't respond whereas a Busia hotel was highly helpful on the previous day.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms and a small garden space to have a drink in the afternoon. Very friendly personal. The internet connection was good as well!

Great value for money, service is amazing! They really look after you here. The staff are so nice and friendly. I kept extending my stay because of the comfort. I barely left the hotel as everything you need is at your fingertips. The food in the restaurant is delicious.
