GBAmazing location, friendly helpful staff, and great breakfast. The hotel squeezed us in for an extra night after we loved it so much, with was really nice. The manager also organised airport transfer on our behalf which was very helpful. Additionally the hotel offered us free dinner (delicious) in the place of the breakfast which we missed due to an early flight time.
Bathroom had a bit of a smell, but this didn’t affect our stay.

AUBrilliant location on a quieter cove perfectly located between Parrot Rock and Coconut Tree Hill. Nice intermediate waves directly out the front. Gorgeous relaxed vibes and super friendly and helpful staff. Manager Sam was a standout, pointing us in the right direction regarding outings and eats. The breakfast was delicious and extremely generous. We loved coming home from dinner and having a Peppermint and cinnamon tea on the bean bags under the lanterns, hearing the waves crash onto the shore and the fisherman’s boats twinkling in the distance. Recommend the stay!!
The room we had was a family studio - mezzanine. It was spacious and very comfortable but it was a little dark and pretty rustic for the price. Be aware there is a (lovely) beach club next door that can be a little noisy till 10pm on the days there is live music (only once in our 3 night stay). However, the killer location, phenomenal staff and food made up for these small shortcomings.
DEAUGreat location close to the town and directly on the beach. The staff were very friendly during my stay.
The room wasn’t as nice as the photos and there was a damp smell. My balcony also didn’t look over the ocean instead was to the side of the building which was a big shame. I also left a pair of shorts in the room and despite messaging the hotel multiple times I sadly had no response. Overall I think it was extremely overpriced compared to other cheaper and much nicer accommodation I stayed in during Sri Lanka.

Kettle in the room but no cups, coffee or tea. Very erratic hot water leading to cool/cold or scolding. WIFI terrible in every room and grounds.
ROThe propriety itself is amazing, on the beach surrounded by coconut trees and lush nature. Amazing breakfast and the owner was always around and pating attention that we got all we need, even going above and beyond for us, he helped us with the whale watching trip -and ensured we don’t miss it due to stormy weather). We felt taken care of and all our requests were met immediately (e.g. I asked them to clean a window in our room to be able to fully enjoy the amazing sea view and they did that right away).
The room itself is not so good as the rest of the property, the furniture is a bit outdated, a bit old and the bathroom needs some renovating, you can see traces of water infiltration in the ceiling and on two of the walls. But the room was cleaned daily and towels changed. Bed was comfortable with a much needed mosquito net.
