Fantastic breakfast breakfast a little chaotic with the service

I didn’t get the en-suite I’d booked and the TV didn’t work , but I was called in advance and told of this

It was easy to get to via bus and taxi from town centre and Piece Hall.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious

A quiet place with a homely atmosphere, warm, clean, flexible access.

Room was basic but clean. However no shower gel or shampoo was provided. There were coffee sachets a tea bags but no cups. So no use really

The location was handy for visiting Shibden Hall and had good public transport nearby.

Staff were not particularly welcoming, we were just told it was going to be noisy because they were having a party. The corridors had bags of rubbish/old laundry lying around and smelled of dog. The room itself was tired and musty.

Beautiful location and scenery, very comfortable bed ,and the room was a good size

Close to bus stop so good access to travel

The room was right above the pub so the music was distracting.

The postcode on Google maps sends you to Kell Lane, which is unnecessary . I didn't check for a what 3 words, but expect it would have been more accurate . Ended up at Shibden Hall Inn and had a coffee there , before eventually finding my way back to stump cross
