Location was perfect for where we needed to be

When we first arrived and checked in we were taken to our room. The room smelt musty and the pillows felt damp and room felt dated. Windows were frosted glass and we couldn't open them. We also werent told how to get out when the pub was closed and had to work it out for ourselves (the fire escape) Mattress was really soft and my partner woke with bad back. We weren't told on arrival about breakfast so we thought we would check before we left and went down just after 930am. Breakfast is only served until 930 so we left hungry. The pub is really nice and it does provide really nice food. I would go back again for food but unfortunately I wouldn't book here again for a room.

Location ideal for me short walk to city. Breakfast nice (veggie) freshly cooked well presented. Evening meal I had was very nice
