The Victoria Hotel

The hotel was ideally positioned. Staff & service were excellent. We had our evening meal & breakfast at the hotel, both of which were excellent.

Our room was small but adequate. However, we feel it was overpriced. The main issues were the room was too hot but we were not able to have the windows open due to a generator running all night of which we were not informed of &the pillows were uncomfortable & flat.

Location and quiet in the room. Comfortable bed

Unable to reserve a table to eat in the bar with our dog. Poor room service eg bed unmade and no soap provided. Paintwork in room shabby. At breakfast difficult to get attention from staff who were largely unfriendly and disinterested in providing good service

Hotel muito bom, localização maravilhosa, quartos super confortáveis e café da manhã incrível.

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar.

Friendly staff and good quality hotel

I was brought the wrong meal at dinner which was clearly under cooked. My meal choice was then reordered and i had to wait while my companion ate their meal.

Einfach zu finden, Parkplatz hat genug freie Plätze, gemütlicher Ort. Schöner Spaziergang zum Bamburgh Castle und Strand.

Die Kaffeekanne sollte auf dem Tisch stehen, so müsste man nicht warten, bis jemand mit der Kanne vorbei läuft.
