The kitchen wasn't really a kitchen BUT it had a fridge too chill the water

If, as it states, you are looking for somewhere off the beaten track, then this is your place. The service given was 110%, and the chalet was absolutely lovely, in beautiful location in a mango plantation. Pasindu was your perfect host, with nothing being too much trouble.

Beeindruckende und komfortable Lodge mitten in der Natur mit großer Terrasse. Tolle Gastgeber, die einem jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Trotz Dauerregen war der Aufenthalt sehr relaxt und das singhalesische Essen war das beste meines Urlaubs.

Trochę daleko do centrum

La villa est superbe : spacieuse, décorée avec goût, avec une immense salle de bain extérieure, une piscine privée magnifique et un cadre naturel très calme au cœur de la forêt, avec singes et oiseaux en visite. La personne qui s’est occupée de nous a été incroyable du début à la fin : d’une gentillesse rare, toujours aux petits soins, et la cuisine (petit déjeuner comme dîner) était absolument délicieuse. Un séjour parfait, que nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Sehr schön gelegene Bungalows unmittelbar im Dschungel. Sehr ruhig, umgeben von toller Vegetation. Zu unserem Bungalow "Muladhra" gehörte ein kleiner Pool. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfreich, aber dezent zurückhaltend. Massageangebote können wahrgenommen werden. Die Ausführung ist sehr gut. Preis-Leistungsangebot ist super.

Die Anlage liegt etwas außerhalb, was aber durch eine schnelle Verfügbarkeit von Taxi oder Tuk Tuk kein großes Problem darstellt.

El hotel está en medio de la jungla pero al lado de los templos de Dambulla y muy cerca de Sigiriya. La habitación y el espacio eran preciosos. El personal super atento y amable. Los desayunos (especialmente el típico de Sri Lanka) riquísimos, además nos lo preparo a la hora que necesitábamos para luego ir a Sigiriya. Teníamos tuktuk propio para llegar pero a Sigiriya fuimos con PickMe y desde el Templo Dorado dimos un paseo a la vuelta.

Al estar rodeados de naturaleza tuvimos visitas de ranitas que poblaban la ducha, pero esto es normal. Las piscinas estaban junto a otras habitaciones al otro lado de la carretera y no estaban muy limpias.

If you want a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle and just be surrounded by nature and its sounds then this is the place for you. We saw lots of animals just by sitting on the first room of our house. Definitely One of the best places we stayed at in Sri Lanka at our 2 week trip. Booked it on the day and were able to come and drop our bags off early and return later to properly check in. The staff are very polite and helpful. They’re also Very responsive and can’t do enough to help. The beds are comfortable and spacious and the whole place is kept clean. They sell beers and wine too 👌🏽 Breakfast was delicious and filling and the kids enjoyed the pool. Just nearby runs a river where elephants visit often (during the night mainly) but you can see the evidence during the day 😅

Just Some minor repairs needed Some of the shutters were broken One of the toilet roll holders was broken A side table attached to the wall was also a little lose. Very easy to fix and so shouldn’t go overlooked.

Een heel ruim terras met comfortabele hoekbank, plafondventilator en ontbijttafel was geweldig! Daarbij heb je de beschikking over een klein maar erg fijn privezwembad. Heerlijk om vanuit je ligstoel de apen in de bomen om je heen te bekijken. Er is een buitendouche en toilet en ook dit was erg leuk om mee te maken. Het personeel was tijdens ons verblijf bijzonder aardig en gastvrij. Vanuit deze locatie zijn de beroemde Lion Rock en de oude tempels zeer goed te bereiken.

Het verblijf voldeed in alles aan onze verwachtingen. Niets viel ons tegen.

Power cut, but that is Sri Lanka. Not in the hands of the hotel. Rice and curry was expensive for sri lanka
