Privacy ! Location willingness and hospitality of the staff

Bathroom wasn't in working condition. We had to change rooms and that too we had to ask. Shower head just fell ! Even the room we moved too the bathroom door cldnt be locked

We held a yoga retreat here and it really was the perfect venue! Really stunning property with wonderful staff, and so much space even though all the rooms were occupied. Slept like a baby with the sound of the ocean and we practiced watching the waves :)

Loved the friendly staff, great location and large rooms.pool was also wonderful

Beautiful property. Beach front. You can't swim on the beach though like most beaches in Lanka. Wonderful breakfast. The staff can't be seen anywhere but are always there.

Some of the wooden furniture has termites in them. There is a weird smell as you enter the property which sort of lingers around.

A beautiful colonial villa in Mirissa for some much needed calm and relaxation. The rooms are spacious and clean, the lawn and pool are great to chill by with the sound of crashing waves in the background, service is very good and food served is also great. The location is a bit away from main Mirissa so you'll need a tuktuk or scooty to get in and out easily (unless you don't mind walking 30min), but depends what you want - if you need close access to main Mirissa then it's far, but if you want to stay away from main Mirissa then it's the right distance. Tuktuks are easily available where the staff will order for you - they often gave us better rates!

Great location…. The room was spotless and the staff friendly and accommodating. We stayed for one night but wished we had stayed longer. Will definitely come back

Villa Atulya is a charming property with a great view across the Indian Ocean.

The property could be better maintained. For example the curtains in our bedroom were significantly stained and dirty, it would have been a simple fix to put them in a washing machine. The staff were very sweet and kind but could benefit from more training as they got orders mixed up and wrong.

Beautiful garden,decor and building. Rock pool nearby where you could bathe when tide out
