The rooms , staff & location were very nice

The food was overpriced & not upto the mark

The view is excellent, the room was comfortable and tastefully decorated, lot of lounging furniture outside.

It's quite far from beaches, restaurants, shops, surfing and most attractions. We woke up two-three times every night because of dogs' barking super loudly.

Two big pools. Big garden. Big rooms. Big area with space to play and relax. Friendly personnel. Calm place.

The location was quiet, clean and pretty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great.

A magical, quirky place with big rooms, lots of local art on the walls, friendly staffing and beautiful views of the waves. Perfect for relaxing if you’ve just had a hectic itinerary travelling round Sri Lanka. Me and 3 friends had one of the villas to ourselves which was bliss. Close to the town centre.

The service was a little bit absent. No explanations or any contact with clients. No room service in three days without any explanation.

We loved Villa Atulya. It’s an impressive, stylish property with a great garden and pool facing the sea. Our room and the communal areas were large and comfortable, breakfast was very good as was dinner we had on both nights. Ishan and the staff were excellent - attentive without being overbearing. The beach outside is nice but too rocky to be usable and Marissa beach is a good 20 minute walk but, all in all, this is a small price to pay to stay a in such a lovely property
