Dolphin SA1

We often visit Swansea and we always stay at the Dolphin. Its central location is perfect for the shops, restaurants and bus station. The staff are always warm and welcoming. Looking forward to our next stay.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room, very close to supermarkets, restaurants & bus station; reasonably close to train station and marina.

Rather weak soundproofing - other guests in the hallway can be heard very clearly even with the doors closed; Be sure to close the bathroom door at night as a lot of sound travels through the plumbing cavity which is covered only by thin plywood on both sides.

They take a £100 deposit. ТоI've been back for five days already, but the money still hasn't arrived.

Staff made this stay for me fabulous, huge shout out to Chris and Wayne. Wish I had stayed here the entire duration instead of Premier inn on the waterfront as this place was shocking.

no air conditioning and room was very warm as was south facing , no wi-fi in the room in 2026 was very disappointing , very dated decor .

Great central location. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Reasonable price for a city centre.

It's an old hotel so, although it is clean, a lot of the decor is quite tired and stained in places.
