Quirky hotel with massive potential. The staff are the sweetest guys around.

Lighting around the grounds very poor and dangerous at night. Bathrooms were filthy. No care given on maintenance in the rooms. Fridge didn't work and smells. No TV signal. The list goes on. Very tired looking rooms. Lady owner not really interested in hearing complaints, shows up at the end to take your money. Such a shame as the place has great potential. The only saving grace are the staff. Who are characters straight out of faulty towers! Which I happen to love. Totally adorable staff. but not particularly good at running a hotel it's genuinely comedic watching how they mess up every thing. It's so odd but They are the only reason why I would ever stay again. They are totally inept but incredibly warm, funny, hardworking and sweet. Strange review but it's a strange place!

Beautiful hotel - felt like a dreamy discovery to find it. The place is even better than the photos. The pool is sparkling clean, the location is tucked away enough for it to feel like an oasis. The rooms are spacious and the attention to detail is lovely. The service from the staff was phenomenal - they helped our every need from renting scooters, additional requirements in the room, extra cleaning - all with a smile! Highly recommend

Amazing stay, it actually in reality looks even better than the photos. The biggest thumbs up is for Pasindu and his staff team, they were always trying to make our stay exceptional. The hotel also serves really delicious and brilliant food.

The staff was nice and helped us find a taxi or tuk-tuk. The pool was great, but since we were the only guests, they didn’t clean anything, not even the sunbathing area.

We stayed in an outdoor room. There was a hole in the bathroom that allowed mosquitoes to come in, attracted by the light inside. It was horrible because it was the first time in Sri Lanka that we ended up covered in mosquito bites. That same hole also let a small mouse come inside, which, of course, wasn’t pleasant. The location was poor, with many dogs roaming the nearby streets. This made us uncomfortable going outside at night because the dogs were aggressive and constantly barking.

A beautiful design, we felt very relaxed, the hotel is very clean and quiet. It provides us with the kayaks and the pool is nice too. Huge thanks to the staff for your commitment and we had a good chat in the evenings too 🙂 we liked the Sri Lankan breakfast 🙂

Lovely spacious well-decorated rooms, with good a/c and huge bathrooms. Limited number of rooms, so plenty of space. Great pool and access to the lagoon with kayaks

Nice designed, spacious room and clean pool.. Exactly as shown on the pictures. One of the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Sri Lanka. Hotel is located around 10 mins walking distance from one of the best beach in Sri Lanka!

This was my favorite hotel I stayed at in Sri Lanka! They have an amazing chef and the food was some of the best we’ve ever had. The rooms are spacious and clean with a good hot shower. Really nice pool and garden area and they have a massage place next to the lake where you can go kayaking too. The staff were so nice and overall we had a great experience! Will definitely be back, thank you
