Property Notes

For all guests arriving at the hotel, we reserve the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for extras. The hotel is not charging your credit card. A pre-authorization is a security guarantee for payment only. Any excess pre-authorization will be released on the day of departure.If you cannot provide the hotel with a credit or debit card on check-in to pre-authorize, full prepayment will be required on arrival. Once the pre-authorization has been completed, you may charge items to your room during your stay by presenting your room key card wallet and signing for the transaction. Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure. Please see below our dedicated Children swim times: Monday > Friday: 09:00 - 10.00 (Summer holidays only) and 14:30 - 18:30, Saturday & Sunday: 08:30 - 10:30 and 14:30 - 16:30Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. "new area could do with more choices of eating and pubs"

very good space in the hotel pool handy due to the hot weather close to shops breakfast great good choices

this is a new town not a lot of choices for going out to eat only one pub curry house or take away plus due to the hothot weather pub food closed

Good location Wifi worked a treat Lovely pool and spa facilities Breakfast was very filling

The TV was a major disappointment because it wasn't a smart TV so we were stuck watching outdated shows We asked for a room clean and it was not done properly.

not good at all, cold and disgusting

Several issues contributed to what became an extremely unpleasant stay: The leisure facilities were overcrowded to the point that swimming was impossible. I was left standing in the pool rather than being able to enjoy it. The jacuzzi was closed, and I was given an explanation about a chemical imbalance that did not seem truthful. Breakfast was of very poor quality. The food was cold, and the eggs were sloppy and inedible. I normally enjoy breakfast, but I could not eat it. Upon arrival, the receptionist sent me to the wrong room, which was embarrassing and completely avoidable. £50 was taken from my account without any prior notice or valid explanation. This is unacceptable. If I had not had the funds available, this could have caused serious issues for me. There was no air conditioning in the room, resulting in an uncomfortable and sleepless night. I received multiple knocks on my door from cleaners for no reason, which further disrupted my stay.
