"Small very quiet and comfortable hotel with small private onsen, walking distance from restaurants."

Very nice small hotel with a tiny private onsen. Very quiet location but walking distance from the restaurants and easy driving distance from the big onsen and the hiking in the mountiains. Simple breakfast included.

"Exceptional"

The staff here is super friendly (including the cat Mimi) and I loved the private onsen. You also get a pretty good view of sakurajima from the room.

Absolutely amazing staff and the double private onsen was a delight. The simple breakfast was a welcome addition and the room was really big with comfortable beds. 100% recommend!

The view from the house was exceptional

There was no water boiler. Only pot with hot water was available.

"Very cozy and calm!"

The host is lovely and has such a warm disposition! She made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast she made (eggs and bread) was very simple, yet satisfying! She made sure that I was aware of all the facilities and how they are used. Would definitely stay again!
