- (Dirty) mosquito net - Pool - The guy running the breakfast was very friendly

- 2 (out of 4) nights no warm water - Last night no AC - Terrible WiFi - Mosquito net was very dirty - The room is very badly isolated, letting mosquitos in - ⁠the same room was 30,- cheaper on booking Very disappointing and stressful stay. Even though the staff did try to fix the issues it wasn’t sufficient. For two nights we were unable to shower and the WiFi was 80% down. After we wanted to leave because of the stress we got a new (smaller) room. Even after the new (smaller) room the WiFi was down a lot. Also the last night the AC stopped working. The hotel made no effort to come to a financial solution or even a gesture like a drink by the pool. We find this to be incredible disappointing, considering the giant mess made by them. Don’t come here.

Amazing place 🌸 We had the best time. The style, the breakfasts, room, the surroundings with laguna, animals and birds everything are perfekt and unique and the people here are the kindest and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Location is quiet, just away from the busy main road. We absolutely loved it here and will come back for sure. Thank you for organizing the birthday cake <3 You are wonderful.

We also ordered the diner in the restaurant but get to know that cheff wasn't available due to emergency but they didn't let us know untill the last moremenat. The food they provide was undercooked, even after complain and not edible. The hotel management should be more considerable.

Everything was great. Especially the manager Firoze was super helpful and caring.

Great staff. Beautiful villas. Location was lovely. Out of the way of the main Precinct so very relaxing. Food was amazing and the chef was more than happy to prepare traditional Sri Lankan food which we love. Would definitely stay here again.

I like the vibe of the villa. It’s peaceful. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was big enough for myself and has ni e design.

The electricity went off in the middle of the night on my last day. I thought it was the whole hotel that has no electricity, but then I realized that the next room has their AC still running. This was around 3-4am. I was not able to go back to sleep because it was too hot. I had to get up at around 530am to look for someone to fix the issue.

Staff sepacilly the butler was rude and sarcastic. Didn't understand that we are guests and when asked about the natural surrounding, he spoke with sarcasm and very unfriendly. We complained to the front desk and they apologised for his behaviour. However it affected our overall experience. And front desk miscommunicated about the breakfast inclusion and they have charged very unreasonable price for mundane breakfast. Food wasn't flavourful and bland.

The staff was very nice, helpful and professional. They were very responsive and so helpful. The place is beautiful, the room was so nice. Highly recommend :)

The location was superb. A quiet and small boutique hotel with comfortable modern rooms with all amenities.. Access to the rooms could be challenging for seniors but the ramp helped a lot. Staff was helpful.
