Amazing location, beach front. Food is really nice, Italian chief Is great. Special thanks for international animation team, great and incredible shows. Good hotel for family holiday with kids.

The room was not the same as in the photo. Look like some rooms already after innovation and some old. We have old one. But generally it was comfortable and ok. Very bad experience with photographers. There are sitting close to the reception, telling you that photoshoots are "free", very annoying and coming all the time during the meal time, on the pools and in the bars. Latter on, they told you, that 11 euro for one photo. We did like 100 photos, so they asked for 1000 euro and so on. So it's a scam. I agree it's can be paid, but not like 400 euro only for digital copy to your USB. (Without printing anything)

The pizza lady was very nice. Otherwise good beach access, ok pools.

Booked a family room for my wife, 1 year old infant and myself. The room quite long and had only one window, leading to huge amounts of humidity being built up. You could see the mould on the walls (see photos), the air was disgusting. The air conditioning did not cool the air and just recycled the mouldy humid air. One of the worst rooms ive every experienced I am very angry my infant had to sleep here.

Good menu in restaurant, though a bit crowdy and noisy. Loved the pizza snack place. Pools were ok. Good that hotel is right beside the beachline and no road in between

Rooms were a bit moist and cold. In overall hotel needs refreshing, facilities and buildings worn out

The room was great. The dinner at A la carte restaurant was wonderful. Great experience.

When we arrived for the first night, we received an old room. The next day, we changed it to the one we paid for, and the rest of the stay was perfect.

The food was excellent. Good quality and lots of variety.

Room service could improve. Cups and glasses were not washed and towels were changed every day, even if we did not want to change them.

I would strongly recommend this place! The property and the rooms were clean and well organized. My favorite part of the holidays was actually the staff, they were amazing, super accommodating, friendly and very helpful. A lot of them were multi-lingual so that was very impressive. I have to say that the main restaurant staff were the highlight of the whole place. The food was diverse and well made! I only wish there were more Greek food but it was good regardless especially the breakfast! I enjoyed my time at the resort and am super excited to return.

The only negative thing for me was how expensive the taxi services were. I was shocked by the prices and we came off-season. The taxis were more expensive than Norway.
