No hot water., No lights in the bathroom, No A/C not even a fan really hot weather at the time, I try to contact the owner and the phone was disconected. Not recomended.,,

better service more comunication. It was the worse place I haved stay in thr city of Guanajuato

Great location. The manager was very responsive when informed of lack of hot water and toilet paper. He did his best, to make up for the lack of cleaning person. He was very nice. There's kitchen, with large fridge and microwave, which was helpful. Lovely older building

There was a problem with hot water, and poor water pressure. The cleaning person never came. The room was never cleaned. I ran out of toilet paper. They are doing work on the other floors, so there was a lot of debris and building supplies around- not nice to have to look at.

The location is perfect. The building and layout are neat. It’s a steep climb but worth it. It was much quieter than I expected. And SO convenient.

Communication was highly lacking. And I was reminded that he was being nice by bringing me a towel after the first night. So. Bring a towel. The building is great but the common areas rather feel like it’s under construction or used for storage.

Very close to centro, walkable distance from Teatro Juarez. Stay was very good.

Location is exceptional. Keep in mind the city has steep hills and you must climb to get here. Close to everything. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had a great trip

Who’s the room was large enough for a desk. Although there are larger rooms available. Neighborhood can get a bit noisy. I was there during a holiday which accompanied the noise. It was tolerable.

This place is great. Well-located in the historical center of the city. At The top there's a wonderful big terrace with breathtaking view. The owner responds messages quite quickly and is always ready to help.
