Roof top terrace was nice except all the junk scattered around.

Sporadic hot water, slow shower drain, no mirror in bathroom, sheets and blankets too small for bed, kitchen full of broken appliances, sporadic lighting, poorly lit stairways.

We loved the location. You can walk to many places in centro.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We had one pillow each that was also flat and hard making it a sleepless night, unfortunately.

Location, Herman and Erica, homey feel, value.

Not able to clean my dishes in the kitchenette, out of soap and water turned off. Extended stay, ended up buying TP instead of requesting a roll at a time. Bring 3 plug to two plug converters.

The entire building is a bit messy. The owner should have kept everything orderly. The kitchen is not functional at all,

The water was hit and the room was big.

The owner was not available when we arrived. We had to search and ask neighbors for him. The center of Guanajuato is a party town. Be ready to hear it until about 3 am. The early morning is beautiful and calm.

The location is amazing and surprisingly quiet considering. The room was comfortable and clean. The TV came with Netflix very very good touch.

The shower took a long time to get hot but worked ok. There weren’t any toiletries provided.

Very disappointed. Bed sheets were dirty. The sheets were stained; they were actually not stains but fresh drops. I asked the manager to please change the sheets but he didn't. He said that the sheets were clean because he checked before I arrived.I even sent him pictures of the sheets and he refused anyway...I also have found long hairs on the bedroom and bathroom floor. I got the feeling that the room was not properly clean. Beside this "issue", what bothered me more is that the terrace was full of old furniture, construction material, etc. In fact, I booked this hotel because I thought I would enjoy reading a book on that beautiful terrace that appears on Booking.com photos, but unfortunately it wasn't like that. I think that the hotel has potential due to the good location, but because of the bad attitude of the manager and the poor cleaning, I would never recommend it or staying here again.

The accommodation is short walk to the zocalo. Close to bars. We felt safe in the neighbourhood. The room was clean and spacious. Hot shower. The terrace was great to chill out and meet other travellers. The accommodation is generally quiet.

There seems to be construction works on the terrace. The terrace and furniture was covered in dust. There was building materials on the ground. No information of wifi or password provided. We found out from other travellers who were staying there. It would be good to have more shelves and hooks in the bathroom.
