Great service for arranging a late check-in for us.

The room should have been cleaned better. A lot of dust and not hoovered properly.

"Too pricy for zero costumer service and uncomfortable beds. Also no wifi and location is not central"

Beds are uncomfortable, no wifi, no reception, noone in the hotel, no shampoo in the bathroom. The hotel felt scary. I dont recommend

There was no light in the front entrance, and no hand soap or Duschgel and had to ask for it on the next day as there was no one in the front desk at check-in time. Doesn't give enough value for the money

Nothing at all, the guy who dealt with me for the check in was rude and unprofessional, not only that but just now I receive a call from him asking me for the key of the room, instead of checking with his housekeeping staff he’s directly accusing me that I have kept the room Key, lame
