Stadthotel Regensburg

Easy Check in on a Saturday evening, great communication with the personnel, and very quiet room. We even got the reqeusted baby bed

Had problem with the automatic door, which did not work properly and I cannot leave for two hours. Nobody was available for help, nobody replied to the phone and nobody turned up at the reception although they advertise themselves available from 7 in the morning. In this hotel, if you are in trouble, you are on your own - at least on Sundays.

Facility was old and not well maintained although the main things were working. No staff on site. The Hotel did not answer emails to let them know we are arriving 1 day later due to flight delays.

Easy to find, close to the highway, spacious, clean. The bed was very confotable. The very friendly and helpful stuff is a plus (I booked and arrived after the schedule and they found a way to help me, vielen herzlichen dank dafür!)

Horrible experience, travelling with a child and an elderly. Did not receive the code for the late check-in, no response, and no apology. I had to pay for additional accommodation, which had 24-hour reception. I usually do not write negative feedback, but I do not want anyone else to experience this. Hope for an improvement.

The room was as described and provided me with a fairly comfortable and secure place to stay for a couple of nights, which was what I wanted.

No reception and I only once saw someone who seemed to be running the hotel. It was a bit impersonal and the whole place felt as if it had seen better days.
