The closeness to town

The room I booked was supposed to be deluxe with a coffee machine but did not have one and it was freezing in the room

Professional check in and comfy rooms. Nice and clean.

Just one minor issue, the fan in the bathroom didn't switch off and ran all night. Nothing serious.

Friendly staff. Quirkyness, Location. Comfy beds, room was ok for size. Nice Shower.

The heating, so so cold. No Lift, the 3 steps in the corridor to the bedrooms had no light.

Good location, clean and well appointed. The room was quiet, despite group parties elsewhere in the hotel. The room had good facilities and was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was good and easy to connect.

The parking location was hard to find and not well signed. There was no evening food menu, despite the info in the rooms.

The building itself is interesting and the mattress was comfortable, the sheets clean. Staff were pleasant and worked hard but clearly overstretched in the morning.

The room was dusty and there were cobwebs in the corners- wondered if the professional cleaners might need a heads up. It was wet noisy with the event below our room and the location, although nice and central, was also noisy- hard to fall asleep at all. Some warning about the noise would’ve been helpful in making up our minds where to stay
