"Cobwebs and large spider in my room, and room did not smell great either. Staff were nice though."

Staff were very polite and helpful. Quiet night.
The room was supposed to come with a bath which is why I booked the room, and it was only a shower. There was cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and a large spider on the wall which I had to remove as soon as I arrived. the bed also smelt dirty, like sleep although the bed appeared to be clean, not sure what they wash their linen with but they should change, that if they had washed the sheets.

Stunning old building. Very quirky. The staff were absolutely amazing. Room was comfortable & shower was nice once I worked out how it worked!
There was very load music til very late on both nights from the bar below room which kept me awake. Also there was a weird constant knocking noice which kept me awake for most of the night once the bar had closed.
