I booked the Bridal suite for myself and it was lovely. Staff very helpful
The TV didn’t work the room was cold on arrival in November I had to ask the receptionist about the heating on and she kindly switched it on. The young lady serving in the bar.. Katie gave us exceptional service, a lovely young lady and a credit to the Hotel. Lovely Breakfast

Good location, ladies on reception were very helpful.
Went down for dinner at ten past eight and man on reception said it was too late and I couldn't eat, even though they advertise as can eat later than that. Couldn't get bath plug out of plug hole. Bedside light broken and hanging down. Fire alarm or some kind of alarm went off during the night. Eggs for breakfast, egg whites still raw. Tv remote in room was broken and couldn't make out any writing on it.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Decent shower and bathroom. Good location in the town centre. Close to coffee shops and shopping.
Room was a little cold. However there was a small heater provided.

Lovely staff
Not the best location of the room, plenty of corridors and view of backdoor car park but we did not payed extra for super rooms which is understandable
