Such a great l, clean and modern hotel with amazing staff.

Both my rooms were dirty. Shit on the toilet walls and there was dust over all surfaces and build up of unswept dirt dust and skin cells in corners and under bed. I stay at this property about 20 times a year, every time I talk with Mr Edi about the lack of attention to house cleaning. Every time he say he will talk to staff. When did a surprise stay they not check notes and put me next to noisey kitchen music. So I make them change my room to the back. To the dirtiest room yet, and the shower door was broken and I could not open it fully to have shower. I demanded Mr edi come to see me. I was there for 2 hours sitting outside the room they gave me, knowing I’m very unhappy, unfortunately the junior receptionist did think and change my room for the third time. After hearing all the excuses from Mr edi again and he not changing me to yet another room I demand he cancel my booking and refund me. That was 5 days ago, I still have not received my refund. I left on purpose with a bar tab equally to my room rate. I’ve told them they can refund the left over money from the tab. Yet to be done. I loved it there, the staff are amazing, but the filth of the rooms is beyond me for the price of the room. I’m sad I’ll never return there, as it was like coming home every time. But many cheaper and cleaner hotels in Sumbawa for me to do my business

The staff are and has always been why I have return for business time and time again.

The rooms are filthy, mould in the bathrooms, dust on all services, and I stay here only. This time shit splatter on the tiles in the toilet and a the toilet spray. Morrrors dirty. Housekeeping is getting lazier and lazier. This is not the first time that I have spoken to Mr Edi the manager but tonight after I returned with out a booking they put me in the worse room ever. All he did was make excuses, but ultimately this falls on his shoulders for not training his staff, !! Just excuse excuse. No longer will I stay 20 times a year here spend a lot of money on beer and food. You should of changed my room immediately and not make me wait talking to you for 1.5 hours. With no shower and no toilet. to

I only ever stay here. It’s like coming home for me. It’s clean comfortable and the staff really go beyond the pay roll

Some cover for our motorbikes would have been good.

Extremely friendly staff and a very comfortable hotel in a convenient location in Sumbawa Besar. Reasonably priced and tasty food in the hotel's restaurant.

This is a very good hotel with excellent facilities and a great restaurant. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with daily room service. The prices are reasonable, and you basically have everything you need within the hotel. In the evenings, you can enjoy cheap and delicious local food from the street next to the hotel.

Almost everything was fine; however, one morning the restaurant music was quite loud. Additionally, we couldn't book a room with breakfast included, but you can pay for it on-site, and the buffet is very, very good.
