Westlake Village Inn

Six of us met for our regular monthly lunch and enjoyed this restaurant, except for the extremely high noise level. As a party of six we prefer to be seated at a round table as it makes for a circle of conversation. The restaurant has one round table but refused to seat us there as “it was not open”. Convenient for the restaurant but not hospitable offering a high standard of customer satisfaction. The food offering was first rate and we all enjoyed the six different selections, with the pizza being more than one regular person could possibly eat. Parking is in a private lot which quickly fills.

First time guests, and we really enjoyed our experience! The entire facility was spotless, including the pool and Jacuzzi area. The staff was so friendly throughout the property, including the Stonehaus, which we visited several times. Highly recommend and we will be back!

We showed up and check-in was incredibly smooth — the team made everything easy from the moment we arrived. The property itself feels like a secret getaway. Everyone always talks about the Four Seasons, but honestly, Westlake Village Inn deserves to be in the same conversation as Bel Air Hotel and Beverly Hills Hotel. Maybe even better for a staycation. Our room had such thoughtful touches — a fireplace, a balcony overlooking the rose garden, and really high-end fixtures that reminded me of Encore/Wynn in Vegas. Everything was spotless and felt luxurious without trying too hard. We ate in the room, and the food surprised me in the best way. The chicken tenders and beet salad hit the perfect combo of comfort and healthy. Loved the coffee too. Service across the board — front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant — was warm and genuine. The pool area made me feel like we had left LA completely… it almost felt like being in Italy for a day or two. We took the e-bikes out around the lake, rode up into the hills for a great view, stopped by a local farmers market and a couple fun shops nearby. Stonehaus winery next door was such a bonus — great staff and surprisingly healthy pizza. The property is right by a golf course and has a beautiful spa (though appointments were a bit tough to get last-minute, but that’s probably because it’s so popular). Still worth the effort. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. It was one of the best staycations I’ve had — peaceful, clean, beautiful, and full of little experiences that made the whole stay feel special. Already planning my next trip back.

We had a very beautiful stay at WLVInn. I had booked a mini suite. Surprisingly, we were upgraded to a master suite upon check-in. And what a grand experience the upgrade created! This was the first time, I wasn’t begging the front desk for more water bottles because there was a full size LG fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser. We had a very spacious living room with a designated dining area, a large bedroom, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with jacuzzi and a standing shower. It felt like we were staying at a villa. This was the most square footage we ever stayed at and loved it. I highly recommend staying at this luxury Inn to experience a very sophisticated and enjoyable visit.

This is the second time I have stayed here for business but the first time I was placed in a room in the “spa area”. This area is a clump of rooms near the spa with its own pool area and hot tub. You are right behind the restaurants and my room was directly on the ground floor right near the walkway. The day I checked in was very busy for events and families were doing photo shoots right outside my patio. I had to keep the curtains closed the entire day. There is also no direct walkway to these rooms. You park by the spa and then there is a dirt path and cobblestone to the rooms. Not easy at all for dragging suitcases. The location and amenities at the hotel are nice but this room was filthy!! See the photos. This is the kind of stuff you see at a motel 6 not at a 4 star resort. I was here for work and was barely in the room so I didn’t complain but I did call after I checked out to make them aware. I showed photos to friends and they were appalled. The housekeeping staff also left out the ironing board and left an empty wine glass in the room for days until I called and asked why it wasn’t being picked up. This resort is simply not worth the price.

My stay was way too short in my opinion as this place has so much to offer. We came for a ticketed event and wanted to take advantage of the locations convenience. I absolutely love all its amenities. The cute pool with ample sitting , plenty of shade and the hot tub. The pool was not heated but it also wasn't ice cold , but in 80degree weather was comfortable. Again as a disabled person who has requests for quite non ground level room I didn't realise there are no elevators. Even the bellman who assisted with our luggage had to walk upstairs with all our stuff. With that being said as a person with limited mobility the stairs were no bother for me when I took my time. My room was spacious a quiet with a nice courtyard view and balcony complete with table and chairs. Bed and overall room comfort was a 10. I do wish they provided updated charging station options in the room but that's minor. Please travel with a wall plug . The resturant options offer such delicious variety and with plenty of options it's hard to choose. Cocktails are always phenomenal and my overall experience walking around the resort was pleasant. So much to taste and see. You honestly don't have to leave the resort at all however if needed you are centrally located near so many amenities.

I do feel for hotel guests there were only 3 ada parking spots and we sadly couldn't grab one where it would have been closer to our room location. My only other complaint was the water pressure for my shower was very low and didn't reach far beyond the bench .

Great choice of food in Stonehaus ,beautiful well maintained grounds.excellent room.Lovely robes and we particularly liked the optional heater in the bathroom.

the only little change i would make would be to put a bottle in each room which could be filled with drinking water from the reception area as i do not like to pay for for water in hotel rooms.
