NIKARA Luxury Beach House

The property is a lot bigger than I realised, (the actually grounds themself). The gardens and design is very beautiful and the beach is one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches I’ve ever seen! We stayed in the private villa and it was as described, it is a standard villa but clean and comfortable for our one night stay before the yala safari. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful too. We had lunch, breakfast and dinner here across the two days and it was very good! Just be aware if you stay here there isn’t anything close within walking distance, but we knew this and it was fine as we were only staying the night, but I’m sure getting transport would be no problem! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was perfect! The staff was amazing, including Greya the in-house parrot. A hidden-gem, an jungle oasis of nature with a pool in the beachfront. Food was delicious, room super clean, spacious and well decorated. Loved it!

Nothing - perfect place to visit without doubt!

Lovely guesthouse and grounds, with beautiful design elements. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made for a really pleasant stay. Rooms were spacious, King beds were comfortable, AC worked well. The pool area is lovely and peaceful! Love hearing the crash of the waves.

Lighting in the rooms could be improved. The bathrooms were a bit dark, and water pressure was a little inconsistent.

Very comfortable room with outdoor bathroom and our own plunge pool. The main pool and gardens are well maintained and the staff are very helpful. There is a very nice restaurant a few minutes walk away too It is situated on the beachfront and you can swim within a short walk and, of course, it is in the pick up zone for Yala National Park

Friendly staff, amazing location right on the beach and within easy access of Yala National Park for the safari. We saw a turtle giving birth right outside the hotel, on the beach, which was amazing. The setting is really pretty. Lots of wildlife around - monkeys, parrots, kittens, cats, dogs and turtles. Our private pool was really great - clean and the perfect temperature. Nice cocktails! Saw other comments saying there was an issue with WiFi but we didn’t experience that. We had an outdoor shower which was really fun!

The food took a very long time to arrive at the restaurant, especially for dinners and it wasn’t the best food we had in Sri Lanka. On the second day, our pool chairs were removed which meant we couldn’t sit there.

Nothing, everything perfect

The room was great and big with giant balcony to the view. The place looks like heaven , swiming pool and great wild beautyful beach . We saw turtels on the beach . Great place to relax and good music in the evening. Its hard to say goodby to this kind of place!!

The potions at dinner and breakfast are tasty but small
