Boat Country Inn and Restaurant

A most unfriendly and non-communicative waiter served us two instant coffees and charged us £10 for the 'experience'. I have never felt more ripped off for instant 'coffee' in my life and will never return. The 'coffee' left a bitter taste. We live locally and find this is a disgrace us locals and visitors alike. When we complained was told by the duty manager that he didn't set the prices... He neither offered an apology nor refund...

Shower door a little small and we are small people so that was only issue.

The location was perfect, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The food served was of a high standard, the best steak pie I have had in a while, and the wife said it was the best Scampi she has had.

Eating in the restaurant was a bit pricy.

We were on the second floor and as it was a really warm day the room was boiling all night, other than that it has top marks everywhere else
